LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
Once your order has been shipped or delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your order, please check with your household members, neighbors, or local post office. You may also need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
We do have a few recommendations to help track down your package.
- Confirm that the shipping address you entered in is correct.
- Visit your local USPS office with tracking handy to see where the mail man dropped off your package
- Check with neighbors to see if your package got dropped off next door.
- Sometimes USPS updates tracking information as "delivered" a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery. Please wait at least 48 hours to see if the package turns up.
Returns
All spirit wear sales are final. Because each item is custom-made specifically for our school, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure to carefully check sizes, colors, and styles before placing your order.
If your item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we will be happy to make it right.
